Marlette, the l’Île de Ré sisters

“We can have in-depth discussions with participants, since the size of the show means that visitors have more time to spend talking to exhibitors. Thanks to this exhibition, we have earned a lot of new customers, with retailers such as fine food shops and also big names like Du Bruit Dans La Cuisine or Galeries Lafayette.

Marlette is the brainchild of two sisters: Margot and Scarlette, who hail from the Île de Ré. Surrounded as they were by local products, they dreamt up an original way of harnessing the wealth of cereals in their region, with organic cookery mixes that allow food lovers to make delicious cakes in a jiffy!

The all-organic cake mixes are made from the delicious flours of producers from the sisters’ native region, Nouvelle Aquitaine (south-west France). And everything is made in France, except the chocolate.

“We selected our recipes by following a simple rule: only healthy, organic and tasty ingredients!”

Simply add a few fresh ingredients to the mix: eggs, milk and butter, like a real home-made recipe!

For breakfast, a tea-time treat or Sunday brunch, Marlette’s mixes are popular with foodies of all ages!

The brand offers a taste of all these products in Paris’s coffee shops. This provides patrons with a handy chance to taste and enjoy the mixes, before taking them home to make themselves.

Marlette has brought out sweet and savoury tart bases to reinvent home cooking.

Marlette is one of our most loyal exhibitors. In addition, the brand was distinguished in 2011 for its cereal bar mix in the “avant garde” category.
