Marlette is the brainchild of two sisters: Margot and Scarlette, who hail from the Île de Ré. Surrounded as they were by local products, they dreamt up an original way of harnessing the wealth of cereals in their region, with organic cookery mixes that allow food lovers to make delicious cakes in a jiffy!
The all-organic cake mixes are made from the delicious flours of producers from the sisters’ native region, Nouvelle Aquitaine (south-west France). And everything is made in France, except the chocolate.
