A WORKSHOP TO PROMOTE TRAINING

Saveurs Commerce, the federation that represents and supports neighbourhood food retail professionals, including fruit and vegetable sellers and delicatessens, gives you a chance to discover its training course on ‘innovative creations in fruit and vegetables” through a demonstration by a fruit and vegetable artist, Atef Barbouche from LFL creation.

With Atef Barbouche, the fruit and vegetable profession enters into a new dimension. As a genuine wizard of fruit and vegetables, he offers innovative and tasty creations which have attracted a huge following among consumers.

Following a vocational diploma in cake and pastry making (pâtisserie), Atef decided to take over the family firm and succeeded in combining his passion with the job of fruit and vegetable merchant by creating cakes with only fruit, thus making a name for himself.

On Sunday 12 September from 10:00 to 11:00, you can watch a demonstration by Atef Barbouche in the « From Grocery to Plate » kitchen. This will also be an opportunity to discover the 70 training courses offered by the Saveurs Commerce training institute (Fruit & vegetables, grocery, organic, management, hygiene, etc.).
