Romain Belloir, the man behind this gastronomic adventure, has successfully surrounded himself with four experienced producers: Jérôme Lespagnol, truffle farmer and dealer, Jean-Philippe Rousseau and Eric Vilair, snail farmers, and Michel Berthommier, Caviar d’Aquitaine producer.

La Maison Bellorr supplies excellence to its demanding and prestigious professional customers all around the world! From Paris to Hong Kong, from Tokyo to New York via San Francisco and Geneva, La Maison Bellorr’s products can be found in the finest restaurants which are the jewel in the crown of international gastronomy.
