In the Elias family since 1857 the Moulin de la Veyssière has been used successively for the production of flour, bread and oils. Today, specializing in the artisanal production of oils of Character, it is with passion that we perpetuate our family know-how with the aim of making our products known to the greatest number of people.
We are committed to offering you quality products resulting from responsible production. Our raw materials are rigorously selected, we work exclusively in short circuit with local and French products from sustainable agriculture.
Because quality is today a militant act, we have made it our priority. Since 2015 we have been recognised by the Collège Culinaire de France as a quality Artisan Producer.
Our oils have also received awards in various competitions such as the Concours General Agricole, Epicure de l'Epicerie Fine Epicure or AVPA...
