A beautiful spun cheese made from fresh buffalo milk, which reaches its optimum texture after 3 to 4 months of maturing. It is characterised by a pronounced buttery flavour, marked by the chopped Calabrian pepper. The flavour develops over time and the spiciness of the chilli perfectly underlines the sweetness of the buffalo milk cheese. A pure marvel for the palate that you can enjoy as an aperitif, on toasted bread with a drizzle of Olio di Serra or at the end of a meal with a good red or white wine. Diavolicchio is offered in whole pieces of about 2 kg, vacuum packed.
