Detailed description

Light as the air, swept away by the wind, feel the pleasure of travelling at will in a universe of possibilities and exploring the world without restrictions. This airy recipe on a base of green tea, with floral flavours of violet, buchu and elderflower invites you to break free and take flight with a few delicious mouthfuls.

Created in 1994 by Arlette Rohmer, Les Jardins de Gaïa, the first organic and fair trade Tea House in France, offers today more than 750 references of organic, premium and ethical teas, herbal teas and spices. Thanks to an exacting sourcing, closed relationship with its partner-producers and a real signature for its in-house recipes, all of the production is handemade in its premise in Alsace (North-East of France). Les Jardins de Gaïa is more than 25 years of savoir-faire and passion of tea at the service of its own brands (Les Jardins de Gaïa for tea and herbal teas and Terra Madre for spices) but also for its professional customers (private label and trading) from the organic store to the delicatessen via the HORECA. At Les Jardins de Gaïa, the flavouring is not intended to cover the original flavours of the tea but on the contrary to magnify it and bring a complement of soul. Committed since its creation, the family compagny is a model of sustainable development with due respect for the Earth and the Humans: from the tea leaf to the cup, all of its making and marketing process of a product conforms to its values and integrates organic or biodynamic farming, fair trade, respect for the environment, support for small producers and C.S.R.
