220g or 50g jars of jam with traditional recipes elaborated by Les Délices du Bompart, a jam maker from the Drôme who carefully selects her raw material to achieve a quality production. Apricot and black garlic jam Quince jelly and black garlic Cherry and black garlic jam (awarded a Bronze Epicure in 2019 at Le Monde de l'Épicerie competition) Strawberry and black garlic jam Uses: spread on rusks, accompany a cheese or foie gras. Indications : shelf life 24 months, to be kept at room temperature and in a cool place after opening.
