Apricot with almonds and vanilla
The organic Lady Cot and Helena varieties from Roussillon (France) are harvested when perfectly ripe and then slowly heated with a pod of Bourbon vanilla. Almond powder as well as whole roasted almonds are added at a later stage giving a well-rounded taste and fantastic texture.
