From its fruit, the olive, comes the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in Organic production mode, with unique characteristics!

Our history is told with Passion and is based on the Tradition and Quality of the Olive Oil from Trás-os-Montes in Organic production in the traditional rainfed olive groves. The same passion for olive oil and its unique qualities, which led us to know the entire production process from the olive tree to the oil press.

We emphasize the variety of Santulhana olives (variety of olive trees from Trás-os-Montes), characteristic of a specific region of Trás-Os-Montes, where the centuries-old rainfed olive cultivation of Santulhana are found, which have unique characteristics and lead to an excellent olive oil, mostly organic production.

The SANTULHANA variety, registers notes of cabbage, green apple, tomato, cherry and dried green fruits, with a sweet entrance in the mouth and a medium bitterness that becomes strong and persistent.
