archie is the first dedicated Apple Cider Vinegar business in French After less than 6 month of existence we are certainly the only handcrafted apple cider vinegar used by the most renown Michelin starred chefs (Gordon Ramsay at the Trianon Palace, Yannick Alleno, Helene Darroze, Anne-Sophie Pic…), doctors ( Neurologist, Nutritionist Professor…) and thousands of customers looking for the most authentic, raw apple cider vinegar in the market. To make that happen we developed during 2 years the perfect product for us : handmade in the heart in Normandy within 300 years orchards, naturally aged in Calvados Barrel (Normandy Oak), raw and with The Mother, totally organic made with 15 apple varieties. We kept the same manufacturing process secretly owned during 1000 years by Normand folks! Our packaging is Made in France, with organic labels (even the ink and paste) and caps in natural wood.
“Yorgios” is a young brand that offers the best of small Greek producers in France. Products are chosen according to strict specifications, producers selected for the value of their projects.
Some of the products on offer: Raw anise and fennel honey from the island of Evia, Pomegranate velvet from Mount Parnassus, Wines of indigenous grape varieties from the Laconia region and unique iced herbal teas.
Acetaia Giusti is the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, founded in 1605. Nowadays, the company is run by the 17th generation of the Giusti family. A history of more than 400 years full of awards received during the World Exhibitions of the late ‘800s. Among them: the 14 gold medals and the Coat of Arms of the Royal House of Savoia that now characterize the labels of our bottles.
Giusti’s collections of high-quality Balsamic Vinegars, Traditional Balsamic Vinegars, condiments and products related to the world of balsamic are aged in the Giusti famous collection of thousands of different wood casks, many of them dating back to 18th and 19th centuries.
