Located in Drôme Provençale, on the territory of the Baronnies in Nyons, Vignolis is the commercial subsidiary of the Cooperative Agricultural Company of Nyonsais. Created in 1923, the cooperative brings together a thousand cooperative farmers (olive growers, winemakers, arboriculturists). Vignolis sells the olive products and wines of the cooperative. Leader in the production of black olives and olive oil from Nyons, the brand NyonsOlive Empreinte d'Exception® is specially dedicated to Nyons black olive & its oil of optimal quality, conventional & organic, with its spreads & delights carrying the AOP at the level of excellence. The brand La Nyonsaise® brings together the range of wines of the cooperative, renowned, conventional and organic wines of character. Several vintages in red, rosé and white are declined under the AOC appellations Cotes du Rhone, Cotes du Rhone Villages & Cru Vinsobres, IGP Coteaux des Baronnies.

  • A L'OLIVIER - Condiments (Vinegar, mustard....)


    It is at the beginning of the 19th century that the story of A L'OLIVIER starts, in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district. Mr Popelin, then pharmacist, opens a shop dedicated to the olive oils of Provence. With a reputation for quality and award-winning by two medals at the universal exhibition of 1867 and 1889, the House extended its know-how to other varieties of oils to become the specialist of quality oils. Today the company operates two oil mills. One, installed in Grasse, produces conventional and organic olive oil from a local raw material. The other, located in Poitou, makes in a  traditional way gourmet oils from walnuts, hazelnuts,  almonds, and rapeseed... Oils produced in our two mills are offered under  A L'Olivier brand.  Others olive oild, many in PDO, but not only, are selected from other producers and oil mills. Only the best oils chosen by our team of expert tasters are offered under A L'Olivier. In order to complete its selection of quality oils A L'Olivier began 25 years ago to make fresh plant infused olive oils . Obtained according to an original process of dynamic maceration, these oils distinguish themselves by intensity and freshness of their flavor.
    Real cooking aids, they ideally complement olive and seed oils in the kitchen. These herbal oils are developed in our workshops on the borders of Provence and County of Nice : an ideal location for our supplies of fresh plants, herbs and citrus. A L’Olivier also means  a nice assortment of traditional vinegars, balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, fruit pulp vinegars.  In this latest range we invite you to discover without delay our three new flavors : Zucchini & Mint, Beetroot & Thyme and Wild Peach.
    With so many great ingredients, oils and Vinegars, our “nozes” couldn't refrain from inventing exquisite salad dressings. They wanted them exotic, fresh and tasty.
    Finally,  A L’Olivier has involved in a commitment towards more organic products whenever raw materials are available.  One will have the opportunity to discover our Bio Gourmet range at the show. On the occasion  Gourmet Selection 2019, A L'Olivier had again innovated through the development of a range of infused olive oils for desserts, consisting of three recipes.  In 2020, we will show brand new exquisite and vibrant products … don’t miss them.
