“Yorgios” is a young brand that offers the best of small Greek producers in France. Products are chosen according to strict specifications, producers selected for the value of their projects.
Some of the products on offer: Raw anise and fennel honey from the island of Evia, Pomegranate velvet from Mount Parnassus, Wines of indigenous grape varieties from the Laconia region and unique iced herbal teas.
La Confiturière is a family-run business based in Southern France (Albi) specialising in producing high-end, 100% organic jams with an emphasis on fruits. Our products focus on taste as well as health. New manufacturing techniques enable us to reach unprecedented rich and vibrant flavours. As a result our products have the highest concentrations of fruits on the market (70%+), and, at the same time, the lowest total sugar content, using only the best organic fruit and ingredients. Our offering comprises classic jams, such as the famous raspberry or blackberry jams with all deseeded fruit. We also create more sophisticated recipes combining exquisite tastes with the exceptional health benefits provided by the finest ingredients such as blackcurrant with yuzu and chia seeds, and blueberry with cranberries, and finally, a number of confits of plants including rosemary and thyme.
Nowadays, consumers put food products under greater scrutiny and particularly examine the impact they may have on their health. This generates a fundamental preference for natural, organic, pesticide-free output without dyes or preservatives, which our products address across the range. Consumers are also developing a fast-growing interest in a food category called “super-ingredients” for their exceptional health benefits; ingredients we use in a substantial number of our recipes.

Fanny and her husband Stéphane Boutarin, a farmer and garlic producer, have put their know-how and skills at the service of the same desire: to promote garlic and make people discover its many flavours!
It is by combining the tradition of agricultural production of PGI white garlic from the Drôme and innovation through the transformation of this condiment into black garlic that they are realizing this goal.
Black garlic is made from a PGI white garlic from Drôme, thanks to a process developed by Fanny. Maison Boutarin black garlic has a delicate taste with aromas of candied fruit, undergrowth and balsamic vinegar and a melting texture. But to surprise the taste buds, Maison Boutarin also produces and offers other surprising varieties of garlic!
Stéphane produces PGI white garlic from Drôme, which has a slightly milder taste. Elephant garlic allows to diversify the range of flavours. This garlic has large cloves and a delicate taste close to leek. A multitude of flavours to surprise your taste buds!
