Since 2017, H.Theoria has been assembling aromas, stirring the imagination, distilling new, personal and wildly aromatic liquor stories with its phenomenal collection: Cuir Lointain, Electric Velvet, Amour Matador and Midi Fauve. Each note calls up a thousand images.
A solar dance archipelago, round with vanilla sprays. Coriander jungle. Iris in buttonhole, animals are not wise. Frivolities. Instinct speaks of black cumin. Torrid Iran, sweet playground. The white crocodile flower flirts and flinches. And on a bed of Nori seaweed, the skin is soft. We devour a feverish fig.
Time suspended, until the intimate hour. Azuki climbing on the oak frame. Wind in the rooibos. Literature is dust. Leather breathes its patina and makes a confession of procrastination. A languid and dreamy jasmine, short citrus fruit verses. Hush: you can hear the short breath of a rosemary in the distance. It is not night yet.
The adulated idol, Carda Mona, masterful in passing. Violet on the lips, powder in the eyes, the street dreams. Shattering clatter. A spicy laugh rips the air. Rockn’roll roots. Tarragon to its joy, extravagant and fresh. What, life of passion or pulp fiction? Cranberry has turned hysterical red.
A cinnamon stain on the finger, accusing. Biting the still green tomato. The adventure. Sage and whispering lavender forbid it. Bitterness with a taste of perfidy. The heart speaks: thick, dark, and blackcurrant velvet. Bloodthirsty love, but who, rhubarb or orange? It is the stubborn echo of a poisonous tongue. Run away, run away, come back, he says.
OLIO DI SERRA
Extra virgin olive oil producer, North Puglia region
Olio di Serra prides itself on being a local and family business. Born in Lyon with Italian origins, Dorian Tota works to promote his native village – Serracapriola. Located in the Gargano by the Adriatic sea, it is a famous terroir from the North Puglia region in Italy. Year after year, Olio di Serra offers an exclusive olive oil directly out of the home-grown olive trees in Serracapriola. Dorian’s passionate work aims to transmit his family’s ancestral craftsmanship and the superior quality of their Alto Tavoliere (PDO) olives. For the past two years, Olio di Serra has provided an extra virgin organic olive oil obtained through cold extraction straight out of a Serracapriolian mill. The family are therefore responsible for the growing of the olives, the harvest, the transformation into oil, the bottling and the distribution of this green gold directly from France. As a natural consequence: the traceability of Olio di Serra runs from the olive trees into the bottle.
Olio de Serra works hard to create a product of superior quality resulting from strong family roots, a specific method of elaboration, a real traceability and the uniqueness of its origins. Indeed, the Serracapriola village is renowned for harvesting its olives from mid-October every year thanks to a mediterranean microclimate which naturally irrigates the olive trees all year round.
In addition to this, Olio di Serra also aims to promote other artisanal products from Serracapriola. As to shine the light on various products from the Gargano region, we have collaborated with local artisans. Just like us, they work as a family, share our respect for Mother Earth and devote their everyday labour to consumers interested in fine south Italian delicacies. Among our range of products, you will find: typical handcrafted pasta from the Gargano region, vegetables and vegetable creams marinated in extra virgin olive oil, a 100 % Pugliese experience with delicious products from talented craftsmen/women from this region.

Safran des Volcans
Safran des Volcans is the story of a father and a son who have been cultivating organic saffron since 2012, in the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, on the Puys range, registered since 2018 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Harvested in a unique way, the saffron flower is picked when it is still closed, to preserve the pistil from UV rays, dust, insects and rain directly on the pistil and indirectly (projection of sludge on the pistil) .
The Saffron is then handled only with tweezers and scissors, without ever touching the pistils with your fingers. All this guarantees a pure and unstained saffron.
We offer organic saffron of different vintage years as well as gastronomic and original products to make you discover saffron in an amazing way.
