Mastro Sapore was founded in 2019 and our focus is the selection of excellent raw materials that represent at best our region: Puglia. The wheat comes from Foggia area in four varieties: Marco Aurelio, Saragolla, Antalis and Iride. Why those varieties? Because we practice sustainable grow in the lands with rotation crops. It gives as a result the best product the land can offer, pasta with high protein content, excellent texture for before, during and after cooking and delicate flavour suitable for gourmet cuisine. We transform the raw materials with our recipes that preserve and enhance the organoleptic characteristics to get a high-quality final product. Mastro Sapore goes beyond the organoleptic features: the best value we can offer to our customers is to serve a sustainable, healthy, and exquisite dish of pasta or antipasti. The quality is continuously monitored during the processes and in final products by certified laboratories to guarantee the best quality complying with the main international standards. The customization is part of our ADN: From foreign language labels to the recipes. We work closely with long-term business partners so we can satisfy their request and develop new products to match the market trends.
Pasta 100 % Apulian WheatMastro Sapore
Our high-quality pasta which is made exclusively from wheat grown in the vast plains of Apulia, unmatched for its elasticity, consistency, and toughness. As the foundation for our pasta, we have chosen Marco Aurelio wheat, known for its protein content, balanced with Antalis, Iride, and Saragolla grains. Dried for up to 72 hours at a temperature of only 37 ° C to maintain the organoleptic properties unaltered. Thus a unique mix of durum wheat is born, essential for a superior quality pasta.
The antipasti range is made with high quality extra virgin olive oil and following our quality standards for the selection of raw materials in the farms. The vegetables are fresh and coming from selected lands only located in Puglia (North and South of Bari). The recipes are genuine and do not contain any preservative. The transformation and packing of the products are made in a very short time to preserve the best organoleptic characteristics of the raw materials. Dry tomatoes, artichokes, mixed vegetables, tomato classic sauces are the main recipes in this range. The recipes can be customized under request.
Pestos and Tomato Sauces
The Pestos and Tomato Sauces Mastro Sapore line reflects the traditions of the past, both in terms of production methods and of the highest quality ingredients expertly blended. Each jar contains only the best of vegetables grown in the fields of Puglia harvested to the right degree of ripeness and the unmistakable scent of extra virgin olive oil. The preparation with a fresh and aromatic taste enhances the unique and unmistakable flavour of our tomato and basil sauces, pest to the tops of turnip, pesto zucchini ginger and mint, pesto aubergines and basil, pesto almonds and pumpkin and pesto olives, capers and almonds. “Yorgios” is a young brand that offers the best of small Greek producers in France. Products are chosen according to strict specifications, producers selected for the value of their projects.
Some of the products on offer: Raw anise and fennel honey from the island of Evia, Pomegranate velvet from Mount Parnassus, Wines of indigenous grape varieties from the Laconia region and unique iced herbal teas.
La Confiturière is a family-run business based in Southern France (Albi) specialising in producing high-end, 100% organic jams with an emphasis on fruits. Our products focus on taste as well as health. New manufacturing techniques enable us to reach unprecedented rich and vibrant flavours. As a result our products have the highest concentrations of fruits on the market (70%+), and, at the same time, the lowest total sugar content, using only the best organic fruit and ingredients. Our offering comprises classic jams, such as the famous raspberry or blackberry jams with all deseeded fruit. We also create more sophisticated recipes combining exquisite tastes with the exceptional health benefits provided by the finest ingredients such as blackcurrant with yuzu and chia seeds, and blueberry with cranberries, and finally, a number of confits of plants including rosemary and thyme.

Fanny and her husband Stéphane Boutarin, a farmer and garlic producer, have put their know-how and skills at the service of the same desire: to promote garlic and make people discover its many flavours!
It is by combining the tradition of agricultural production of PGI white garlic from the Drôme and innovation through the transformation of this condiment into black garlic that they are realizing this goal.
Black garlic is made from a PGI white garlic from Drôme, thanks to a process developed by Fanny. Maison Boutarin black garlic has a delicate taste with aromas of candied fruit, undergrowth and balsamic vinegar and a melting texture. But to surprise the taste buds, Maison Boutarin also produces and offers other surprising varieties of garlic!
Stéphane produces PGI white garlic from Drôme, which has a slightly milder taste. Elephant garlic allows to diversify the range of flavours. This garlic has large cloves and a delicate taste close to leek. A multitude of flavours to surprise your taste buds!
