As a prestigious institution of confectionery since 1874, Léonard PARLI is recognized for the exceptional quality of his specialty, the Calisson d'Aix-en-Provence, but also for its candied fruits, chocolates, nougats and other traditional local sweets.
Based on recipes and manufacturing processes passed down through generations, Léonard PARLI confectioneries are handcrafted in our factory in Aix-en-Provence in a production circuit that we control in its entirety, from the carefully selected raw materials to the finished product hand-worked by our artisans.
Renowned for their inimitable taste and texture, the Calissons d'Aix by Léonard PARLI are distinguished by their composition and their methods of old-fashioned manufacture: whole almonds in greater quantities, candied melons and orange peels are slowly crushed under our granite rolls, in compliance with the traditions.
Belgian chocolate factory created in 1989, Dolfin and its master chocolatiers passionately imagine craft, subtle and harmonious recipes.
