CONSERVERIE SAINT CHRISTOPHE SARL
At 200 km north of France IN 1995, was created the caning factory CONSERVERIE SAINT
CHRISTOPHE. We are artisan and have an handiwork activity specialised in meat, poultry,
game, fish and condiment (onion, chicory, samphire).
The Conserverie has today ten employees, which contribute to preserve an artisan status of
production despite the modernity of the production material, for example the autoclaves
who preserve the sterility of the cans. Its manager is Mr Eric VAN OOST.
We produce and sell a natural rang of pâté, ready-cooked meal, soup and typical products
from Picardie area and flamish recipes. We are aimed to guarantied you a chemical free
production without any preservatives, under French vet norms of Haccp. The jars are sterilized
at 116°C under pressure and
each item can be stocked for three years before opening.

Sea aster terrine
This product is intended to be enjoyed on a toast as an aperitif, its creamy and smooth texture will brighten up your taste buds and those of your guests and that little extra and meets the expectations of vegetarians. This original product is made up of 42% Maritime Aster (halophilic plant harvested in the Baie de Somme) chopped, and incorporated into a breadcrumb made with milk, butter, flour, sour cream and eggs. This mixture gives our verrine an authentic and tasty flavor. This terrine has a DDM (Minimum Durability Date) of 3 years and is available in 100 grams format.

Nous sommes deux soeurs, nées en centre Finistère et poussées par le désir de faire découvrir ce que notre région fait de meilleur. Sarah, "meilleure apprentie de France" en 1998, s'inspire de notre terroir et des recettes du monde pour proposer des saveurs créatives et innovantes, à utiliser frois ou chaud. Sandra, la commerciale, gère le développement de l'entreprise. Entourées de nos 6 salariés, nous fêtons nos 15 ans cette année.
