La Biscuiterie de Provence is a family business with a history dating back to 1833 around local products from our region. Starting with truffles, Provence herbs, apricot kernels ... it is the almond that was and remains the common thread, transforming it in all its forms for more than 15 decades. Following the takeover in 1985 of a local recipe for almond crunchies, the Croquette de Vinsobres, the Bedouin family gradually refocused on the creation of cookies and cakes by combining almonds with multiple locally produced ingredients: flour wheat and small spelled, PDO Nyons olives, IGP Provence honey, IGP picodon ... Thus it has specialized in the manufacture of crunchy appetizers or sweet, navettes, canistrelli, shortbread, cookies, macaroons and of unique almond cakes guaranteed to be gluten-free. Since 2019, the acquisition of another beautiful house Le Petit Duc based on St Remy de Provence has widened the range to Provençal confectionery (calissons and nougats) and chocolate. Today, 100% of production is carried out in-house by our team of around thirty people in our factory located in Drôme Provençale in St Maurice sur Eygues. Based from the outset only on natural ingredients, the company has expanded over the past ten years to organic, which today represents nearly 40% of volumes. So you will find our specialties in many delicatessens or organic stores in France but also in several famous department stores around the world.

We are very happy to present our brand new range of ultra gourmet cookies: THE COOKIES. Inspired by the richness of the Mediterranean terroir, our three cookies are made using a traditional method from noble ingredients, local if possible. Three flavors are available: Figs & Hazelnuts Chocolate & Hazelnuts Lemon from Menton IGP & Almonds This last recipe is the result of a local partnership with MAISON DU CITRON DE MENTON, an expert in citrus fruit production but also a very fine house in the world of delicatessen. Find in this organic and original biscuit the marriage of lemon from Menton and almond for an exceptional finesse on the palate!
BLACK GARLIC CROQUETSBISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE
New in our range of CROQUETS with sunny flavors, cookies to snack on with a drink or to savor as ingredients in a salad. In addition to our PDO or IGP flavors: Pistou & Parmesan PDO, Tomatoes from Provence & Piment d'Espelette PDO, Olives from Nyons PDO Bio, Garlic from Drôme IGP Bio, Picodon PDO bio (typical cheese from our region), we offer henceforth an original creation: THE FIRST BLACK GARLIC BISCUIT! The latter is the result of a local partnership with MAISON BOUTARIN, an expert in the production of black garlic and a supplier to major Michelin-starred chefs. Find in this organic biscuit the roasted notes of candied fruit, licorice, undergrowth or balsamic vinegar ... characteristics of this gastronomic treasure that is black garlic!

Nous sommes deux soeurs, nées en centre Finistère et poussées par le désir de faire découvrir ce que notre région fait de meilleur. Sarah, "meilleure apprentie de France" en 1998, s'inspire de notre terroir et des recettes du monde pour proposer des saveurs créatives et innovantes, à utiliser frois ou chaud. Sandra, la commerciale, gère le développement de l'entreprise. Entourées de nos 6 salariés, nous fêtons nos 15 ans cette année.
Artisans du Monde
Solidar’Monde was created in 1984, on the initiative of the Artisans du Monde Federation. Central import and distribution of organic and fair trade products mainly for the Artisans du Monde associative network, Solidar’Monde is also found in other specialized networks, close to their values. The products come from developing countries and are marketed according to the principles of fair trade. For 40 years, the Artisans du Monde movement and Solidar’Monde have been building channels between producers in the south and consumers with the aim of developing responsible and sustainable trade.
To date, we distribute more than 250 food products: 100% Fair Trade certified / 90% Organic. You will find the best products of fair trade such as coffees, chocolates, sugar, quinoa, cereals, and also high quality products, delicious and innovative thanks to our meetings with producers with unique and traditional skills.
Solidar'Monde also has the mission of making consumers aware of the conditions of economic exchanges with these countries. Member of the European Fair Trade Association (EFTA) grouping 11 fair trade import centers in 9 countries, Solidar'Monde is also a member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).
