Antico Frantoio s.a.s. is a family business that produces extra virgin olive oil and wines. It was founded in 2000 in Sambuca di Sicilia, a small village in western Sicily. The owners, Salvatore and Antonella, along with their sons, Sofia and Nicola have been carrying on, for twenty years, the traditions of the past trying to preserve the authentic flavors of the past.
Custodians of traditions and authentic tastes. That’s how we like to define ourselves. This philosophy, engine of our company, accompanies us from the beginning. And it is precisely this that has pushed us over the years to do better and to invest in another field dear to us: the world of wine.
In fact, in the 2000, the dream that connects three generations of winemakers was consolidated: the family winery was created to give voice to the twenty hectares of vineyards.
From the beginning our objectives were clear: to maintain the ancient traditions of cultivation and production without neglecting technological and process innovation and attention to the environmental causes most dear to us.
The first step was to move to a sustainable agriculture and fully organic, followed by the installation of a photovoltaic system that can produce 40% of the energy needs of our company.
Particular attention has also been paid to production waste used as natural fertilizers for our vineyards and to produce renewable energy.
Antonella and Salvatore, guardians of tradition, transmitted the passion for the land, for oil and wine to their sons, Nicola and Sofia. The new generation is dedicated not only to practical work in the vineyard and olive groves of the family, but also to the company trade and social media issue.
Liolà Catarratto - DOC SICILIACantina Murgia Lamanno
Liolà has an intense straw yellow color. On the nose it releases a strong hint of citrus combined with mineral notes and floral scents. With an enveloping taste with a dominance of mineral note that determines its pleasantness, Liolà is fresh and balanced.
Ciuciulìu Grillo - DOC SICILIACantina Murgia Lamanno
Ciuciulìu has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, white pulp fruit with hints of jasmine stand out. During the stop in the bottle it takes on balsamic notes of Mediterranean medicinal plants. On the palate, the acidity and structure of the wine are perfectly balanced, in perfect harmony. Sapid, it recalls the characteristics of the land where it is grown.
Il Bisso - IGT Terre sicilianeCantina Murgia Lamanno
Il Bìsso, Sicilian soul. Intense and deep red color with violet reflections. With the evolution in the bottle it takes on garnet reflections. On the nose it is rich and intense, spicy and fruity with distinguishable notes of blackberries and ginger. A full-bodied, velvety taste, with great balance and long persistence.

“Yorgios” is a young brand that offers the best of small Greek producers in France. Products are chosen according to strict specifications, producers selected for the value of their projects.
Some of the products on offer: Raw anise and fennel honey from the island of Evia, Pomegranate velvet from Mount Parnassus, Wines of indigenous grape varieties from the Laconia region and unique iced herbal teas.
OLIO DI SERRA
Extra virgin olive oil producer, North Puglia region
Olio di Serra prides itself on being a local and family business. Born in Lyon with Italian origins, Dorian Tota works to promote his native village – Serracapriola. Located in the Gargano by the Adriatic sea, it is a famous terroir from the North Puglia region in Italy. Year after year, Olio di Serra offers an exclusive olive oil directly out of the home-grown olive trees in Serracapriola. Dorian’s passionate work aims to transmit his family’s ancestral craftsmanship and the superior quality of their Alto Tavoliere (PDO) olives. For the past two years, Olio di Serra has provided an extra virgin organic olive oil obtained through cold extraction straight out of a Serracapriolian mill. The family are therefore responsible for the growing of the olives, the harvest, the transformation into oil, the bottling and the distribution of this green gold directly from France. As a natural consequence: the traceability of Olio di Serra runs from the olive trees into the bottle.
Olio de Serra works hard to create a product of superior quality resulting from strong family roots, a specific method of elaboration, a real traceability and the uniqueness of its origins. Indeed, the Serracapriola village is renowned for harvesting its olives from mid-October every year thanks to a mediterranean microclimate which naturally irrigates the olive trees all year round.
In addition to this, Olio di Serra also aims to promote other artisanal products from Serracapriola. As to shine the light on various products from the Gargano region, we have collaborated with local artisans. Just like us, they work as a family, share our respect for Mother Earth and devote their everyday labour to consumers interested in fine south Italian delicacies. Among our range of products, you will find: typical handcrafted pasta from the Gargano region, vegetables and vegetable creams marinated in extra virgin olive oil, a 100 % Pugliese experience with delicious products from talented craftsmen/women from this region.

Olio Guglielmi is a family company, producing high quality 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil since three generations.
Company’s philosophy is to combine old traditions with real customers’ needs by offering an absolutely excellent product, characterized by many shades of taste and exciting fragrances and also for its innovative and new packaging.
Our strength lies in the control and management of the whole production chain. Family lands cover more than 200 hectares (80.000 olives trees) carefully cultivated in Puglia. The olives harvested are milled in the new own olive-mill in an area of 21.000 sqm including six different production lines.

Olio Guglielmi is now exported to 30 countries in the best gourmet corner of the world.
The "Le Monocultivar" line was born from the desire to let consumers experience Apulia through the three most representative cultivars of our region.
This is how the Coratina, the Peranzana and the Ogliarola come to "life" on the label through somatic features to express the organoleptic characteristics of the oil.
And even the landscapes represented on the labels, with their peculiar symbols, emphasize the Apulian territories in which the three varieties have origin.
Everything takes place in our oil mill, where the three precious EVO oils are extracted at very low temperature, each of them from a single cultivar.
Olives are still green, the harvest is done in the first 10 days of October and every morning milled in the next two hours from harvest, to guarantee fragrance of aromas and harmony of flavors.
It comes out that the production is indeed very precious and limited to 6,000 bottles of 500ml per cultivar type.
“Monogram” is the line of Olio Guglielmi dedicated to Extra Virgin Olive Oil composed of different types of oil: Leggero, Intenso, Biologico, Fruttato, Fior d’o and Flavored.
Intenso (Intense Fruity) created only from Coratina olive variety. Monogram Intenso is the ideal olive oil for those who love strong flavors.
Fruttato (Medium Fruity) when the spicy and bitter of Coratina meet the sweetness of Ogliarola olive variety, the result is Monogram Fruttato.
Leggero (Mild Fruity) created from a blend of olive varieties known for their soft and round taste, Ogliarola and Peranzana.
Fior d’O (Unfiltered) Monogram is a new oil, rustic and genuine, that preserves that bitter, spicy and fruity mix of “freshly extracted” olive oil.
“Monogram” is born from the desire to mark with a graphic sign a collection dedicated to premium quality extra virgin olive oils, a seal of guarantee of excellence and genuineness.
Olives of our groves are cultivated with attention to enhance the territory of Puglia, the secular custodian of culture of the olive tree.
Monogram Flavored line is dedicated to condiments based on extra virgin olive oil. Each flavored oil is obtained from the simultaneous milling of olives, herbs and citrus.
These flavored oils find their best use in the kitchen, both in the preparation phase and in the raw seasoning, in the marinating of raw fish, salads and grilled fish, in cooking game and tasty meats and finally in the preparation of desserts and pastries.

Arkè is the beginning, the fundamental element from which everything originates.
Arkè is the sun and the soil. It is the respect for traditions, it is love and passion.
Arkè is continuous research to create a higher quality olive oil, where typical flavours perfectly match with the local territory. Our extra virgin olive oils arise from the heart of Sicily, on the hills near Caltanissetta, at 600 meters above sea level, in an area which has always been suitable and devoted to growing olives, pure synthesis of an ancient identity.
For over three generations the passion for olive oil production has characterized our farm, which devotedly searches out and selects the best olives to produce an extraordinary quality olive oil.
We are located in the heart of Sicily only a few kilometers from the Mediterranean sea. Arkè is its history, the history of the family. It is values and charm. Arkè means working in an amazing territory.
Our family has dedicated itself to the olive cultivation and the oil production for three generations. Our grandparents started their adventure in the lands near Serradifalco, realizing in that moment their vocation and the potential of the territory. At their arrival to the new farmlands, bought after the war of the 1945, they planted an olive tree as a symbol of their beginning. From this indelible link and the inherited respect, we started to write a new story that shares the same values and the same passion as our grandparents.
Starting from the lands near the town of Serradifalco, where everything began, we extended our research to the neighbouring areas to discover soils, varieties, exposures and microclimates able to express the characteristic of an unrepeatable uniqueness. Loam soils, sandy soils and chalky soils have been the inspiration for the creation of our four extra virgin olive oils:Arkè PGI Sicily, Arkè, Arkè Bio and Kora.
